	As an Independent Consultancy we are not linked in any way to particular manufacturers, suppliers or contractors. Design work is focused on the needs of the project and the client. The most appropriate products and suppliers are specified from the widest range of manufacturers.

Technical Design Service - With particular expertise in the fields of control systems and a cross-over of experience from the entertainment and professional audio / audio visual industries we are particularly well placed to work on integrated systems from high-tech residential applications to custom designed interactive museum exhibits. Temporary Exhibitions and Events - Extensive knowledge of the electrical, health and safety and management issues associated with temporary events, coupled with the technical expertise and creative design flair enable us to provide a design service that integrates lighting, power and AV along with the practical requirements for temporary installations or touring. Project Management - As well as providing full project management of our own schemes, we can also take on the practical / technical design and project management of other non-specialist designers work. Either for the designers directly or for the main contractor, we can take the project through the tender and construction process to ensure that any technical / design issues are resolved, that the designers original concepts are translated into a practical working design and that the project is delivered on time and on budget. Fee Structure Typically for most projects a fee would be charged which would be calculated dependant on the project and the scope of work. This scope of works and the fee would be agreed in writing, in advance between Graham Festenstein Lighting Design and the client. In some circumstances an hourly or daily rate is more appropriate for a given project, than a fee. Again the scope of works and specific rate would be agreed in advance with the client.
